Stephen Wong is a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist (BC-HIS) who brings 13 years of hearing care experience and over 25 years of customer service experience.  This unique blend of experience means clients will benefit from the latest hearing aid technologies provided in a professional, competent, and friendly environment.

As a Board-Certified professional, Steve has taken extra measures to show he is committed to helping people with hearing loss by meeting specific continuing education requirements, abiding by the NBC-HIS code of ethics for professional conduct, operating at the highest level of professional competency set by international standards, and adhering to provincial licensing laws governing hearing health professionals.
